Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is Exclusively massive device

Galaxy Note 8 is finally set to release on the 23rd of August. It is going to be bigger than any Samsung smart phone that has ever been released.

The much awaited Galaxy Note 8 is finally set to release on the 23rd of August. The representatives from Samsung had, just last week, confirmed that the Note 8 will be a big handset. In renders, which have been obtained from Ghostek, it can be seen that the device is actually going to be massive. It is going to be bigger than any Samsung smart phone that has ever been released.

Another big reveal that has come out of these images is that the Galaxy Note 8 is going to have a dual rear camera. This is going to make it the first Samsung smart phone ever to have a dual rear camera.

The render has also confirmed a number of rumours that were circulating about the Galaxy Note 8. It is, in fact, going to have a similar display to that of the Galaxy S8. The display is going to be one of 6.3 inches and will have an Infinity Display. This is going to be slightly bigger than the previous models in the S8 series. The Samsung’s Galaxy S8 has a display of 5.8 inches while the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus has a display of 6.2 inches.

The renders have also started a new rumour that the position of the USB Type-C charging port might change. There is also a possibility that the position of the fingerprint sensor will change by a little bit. It will most likely be at the back side of the device. This also confirms rumours that the fingerprint sensor is not going to be below the glass. The render also reveals that the headphone jack is going to be retained and the number of bezels is going to be minimal.

Officials at Samsung are continuing to leak information about the much awaited smart phone as well. Last week, an executive at Samsung said, “The Galaxy Note 8 will feature more advanced, richer multimedia functionalities.”

The pattern that Samsung generally follows for releases in India is that it launches the device in India 10 days after the official launch takes place. Thus, if they follow the same pattern that they have used for the Galaxy S8 and S8+, we can expect the Galaxy Note 8 to release in India at the beginning of September.

However, top executives at Samsung have said that the phablet will be released in two phases. The first will be in the beginning of September in markets including the UK, US and South Korea. The second phase will be during October and will release the smartphone in all remaining markets. This casts doubts on if the Galaxy Note 8 will be released in September or in October.
