Huawei has refreshed its MateBook D notebook line-up with three new variants. All of the MateBook D (2018) variants run on Windows 10, offer 8th generation Intel Core SoCs and updated GPUs.

This model has a price tag of CNY 5188 (approximately Rs.50,890). The 2018 MRC-W50 variant is similar to MRC-W10 in terms of RAM capacity and an Intel processor. However, the MRC-W50 offers 128GB SSD storage and a 1TB hard drive. This variant is priced at CNY 5,488 (approximately Rs.53,800).
The most premium offering, the MRC-W60, is powered by an 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U processor with a base frequency of 1.8GHz. It comes with 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD inbuilt storage and a 1TB hard drive. This model sports a price tag of CNY 6688 (approximately Rs.65,700).
All the variants pack in a 3800 mAh battery, which is claimed to last up to 10 hours and can deliver approximately eight-and-a-half hours of video playback. The laptops come with a 15.6-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and a wide viewing angle of 178-degree. They also offer a 1 megapixel front camera for video calls and Dolby’s panoramic speaker system.
Connectivity options include two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port., an HDMI port, dual antenna Wi-fi band, Bluetooth v4.1, dual speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The laptops measure 358x239x16.9 mm and weigh 1.9kgs. All the variants are available in four colours, Gold, Gray, Black and Silver.
