Huawei’s Honor is gearing up to launch its V10 flagship in China on November 28, 2017 according to a teaser on the sub-brand’s Weibo account. The Chinese smartphone maker is planning to unveil the V10 in the UK a week after launching it in China. Huawei has scheduled a launch event of the smartphone in London on December 5, 2017.
Going by the image appearing on the Honor Weibo teaser, the V10 will come with a dual camera setup coupled with Artificial Intelligence akin to the Mate 10 Pro which made its debut in October 2017. It is expected that the device will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box-based EMUI 8.0. Moreover, the handset will offer 22.5W support for fast charging and will include an in-built 4000mAh battery.
The Honor V10 is likely to have a bezel-less 6-inch full screen display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Moreover, it will be powered by Huawei’s latest processor, the Kirin 970 SoC along with 8 GB RAM. In all probability, the phone will have two variants offering 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The phone is expected to come with 16-megapixel as well as 20-megapixel rear cameras along with LED flash. It is also likely that these cameras will sport an improved mode for capturing shots in the Portrait mode.
According to recent reports the V10 will be launched in China at a price of 3,000 CNY which is equivalent to Rs. 30,500. Recently, the sub-brand disclosed that it will launch the Honor 7X in India. This handset was first unveiled in China in October.
The Honor 8 Pro, which was launched in India in July, offers cutting-edge processing power, a long lasting battery, a 14.47cm 2K display and a 6.97mm dual-lens camera.
