All eyes are on the launch of Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime, expected to be launched in India on Wednesday, January 17. Samsung has sent out media invites for its event in Gurugram where it is expected to officially unveil Galaxy On7 Prime, which the company believes will “transform your shopping experience.”
Galaxy On7 Prime comes with Samsung Pay Mini support, which enables users to make instant payments using UPI and mobile wallets.
Galaxy On7 Prime, which will be an Amazon exclusive, is already listed on the Amazon India site with a “notify me” option. Although Samsung hasn’t revealed the price, the device is expected to be available for around ₹15,000.
According to the listing, this smartphone has a 5.5-inch full-HD display, with resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Galaxy On7 Prime sports a 13-megapixel rear and front camera with an f/1.9 aperture lens and an LED flash.
The South Korean company is expected to launch two variants of Galaxy On7 Prime – one with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and the other with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Storage of both variants will be extendable up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime is expected to have a full metal, ultra-thin body, measuring as little as 8mm in thickness.
Galaxy On7 Prime is already listed on the Samsung UAE site and this shows the device as having a 3300 mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor on the home button in front. With LCD panel and dual SIM, the smartphone is available in two colors – Black and Gold.
